About
The story you've been living may be one of pain, suffering, and loneliness. There may be regrets, shame, and wondering where God has been in all the mess. You might even feel like giving up. At 43, I found myself in the middle of such a story. I was burning out of a career I thought I'd retire from and in a position where I no longer had a choice for the direction of my life.
What changed?
I slowly discovered that I could write a new story.
Your story, like mine, is not yet fully written. The fact that you are here, reading this paragraph, is a sign that somewhere inside you is a seed of hope, longing for cultivation. By learning to tell your past and current story more truly, you can begin to imagine a future where a new story can emerge.
I help men, women, and couples navigate childhood trauma, sexual trauma, church or religious trauma/abuse, loneliness, relationship stress, pornography addiction, attachment issues, depression, and anxiety. Using the lenses of Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), clients learn to tell their story more truly. All along, we begin cultivating seeds of a new story that emerges, allowing them to bring beauty and goodness into the world.
Let's connect soon with a no-obligation phone call to see if you can start writing your new story together. I look forward to joining you on your journey.
